The philosophy ...
Mostly of the Naturopaths practicing right now, I will say the new generation, most of them forgot that naturopathic medicine doesn't treat the "Disease, it treat the patient with the "Disease" , I quote disease because this term is wrong there is not Disease, what is that they are sick people... Back to the original though.... mostly of ND are treating the disease which is not what we train for, they forget the healing process, top bottom, inside out, from the most important organ to the least and from the reverse order that the symptoms appear. I will leave with this example from a case... we have a patient with ovary fibroids, they way most of the ND do is that they treat the fibroids instead of work with body to heal itself , it sounds easy and nonsense but guess what. once the spiritual, emotional, mental get address then the physical characteristics go way. Therefore, once you correct the physiology then the pathology will not take course and it will reverse back to health...

4) Treat the whole person : Remember that Naturopaths are trained to treat the individual as whole, hence, treat mind-soul and body.
